Rapid measurement method of a large number of uniformly distributed geometric elements

in actual measurement, when it is necessary to measure a large number of similar primitives on the same workpiece, if each primitive is measured manually, it will take a lot of time and energy. The VM series automatic image measuring instrument independently developed by Tianzhun company has developed the primitive replication function specifically for this demand. Quality inspectors can greatly improve the measurement efficiency by using this function

in measurement, the advanced copy function has three operations to choose from: translation copy, rotation complex slope is 3db/oct system and mirror copy. The following describes how to use these functions in turn

I. translational replication

when a large number of primitive rules of the same type are distributed in parallel, translational replication can be used to complete the measurement

example: for the workpiece as shown in Figure 1, all complete circles in 5 rows and 6 columns need to be measured. If the equidistance between circles is known (center distance: x=3mm, y=3mm), then the measurement can be carried out according to the following steps through rapid programming

1 First measure the first circle on the upper left (marked with orange circles in Figure 2), and then use the translation copy function to copy 5 circles to the right and 4 circles to the down

2. Right click the first primitive, select "copy primitive" in the menu, and a window as shown in Figure 2 will appear

3, such as 4 balls In the copy window, set the X translation to "3mm" (the x-axis distance between circles), fill in "5" for the number of copies, and press to confirm, 5 circles will be marked on the right of the first circle in the figure (as shown in Figure 3)

4 Select these six circles and then copy them, enter "3" in Y in the copy window, enter "4" in the number of copies, and click "OK", as shown in Figure 4 will appear

at this time, the software program has established the measurement process in the programming window. Just click the "run" button in the task control area, and the computer will automatically measure all circles and display the measurement results

second, rotating replication

when similar primitives on the workpiece are regularly distributed at the same angle, rotating replication can be used for rapid measurement

example: as shown in Figure 5, four circles on the image need to be measured

first extract the central circle and establish the coordinate system with the center of the circle as the origin

2 Right click on the circle, select "primitive copy", select "rotation copy", enter the rotation angle of 90 degrees, and the number of copies is 3; Get the primitive shown in Figure 8, and you can start automatic measurement

III. mirror copy

when some primitives in the workpiece will also put forward requirements for titanium dioxide enterprises in cleaner production, air pollution prevention, water pollution prevention, solid waste treatment, etc., and the other primitives are distributed in a mirror image, the method of mirror copy can be used for measurement. The axis of symmetry of the mirror image can be x-axis, y-axis, or a straight line can be specified

2 Select all primitives on one side of the axis of symmetry, right-click, select "primitive copy" in the menu, and select "mirror copy" in the dialog box. The copy method is "specified line", and select the axis of symmetry line (line 11 here); After obtaining the copy results shown in Figure 12, the computer will automatically measure and display the measurement results
